With Out-of-Print Books RockWay Press is seeking authors with books in any genre (poetry, short/long fiction, non-fiction, creative non-fiction, memoir, graphic novels, etc.,) whose work was originally published by a legitimate trade publisher, university press, or small literary press, and whose work is now out-of-print. RockWay wants to consider your books for publication. To submit your work, send us the following:
No query letter, publication list, or character references are required: our decision is based on the quality of your books. Please note, however, that submission of your previously published books does not guarantee acceptance for publication by RockWay Press. If your book is accepted, it will be published by RockWay Press. All authors at RockWay receive the same contract. You can read it here

For additional information on the physical manufacture of the book, see Book Production. The anticipated first print run 1,000 (one thousand) copies. Books will be reprinted as often as necessary. Books will never go out-of-print or be remaindered. Books will be distributed to bookstores in the United States, Canada, & the United Kingdom by Ingram and by Baker & Taylor. Books will be available nationally & internationally online through Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble.com. For additional information, see Distribution. The copyright will be registered in the author's name, and all subsidiary rights (i.e., book club, foreign rights, film, stage, etc.) remain with the author. For additional copyright information, including registration with the Library of Congress & ISBN's, see Copyright Information Any style & subject matter is acceptable (except pornography), but we're seeking books that are intriguing & memorable, with exciting & unique ways of seeing the world, by serious authors who have mastered their craft. We're looking for books which sold well when originally published, but which have since gone out of print. Agent not required, but your agent may handle your submission if you so desire. Because of the great numbers of books we receive, a response may take as long as 3-6 months, so please be patient. self-published and self-published-POD authors are not eligible for submission in rockway's out-of-print series. self-published & self-published-POD authors may, however, enter their books books into one of our annual writing contests for consideration of publication by rockway press.
