AUTHORS
Just as with all other publishers, small or large, and with professional literary agencies, RockWay Press does not, at any time, give out personal information about its authors or editors.

If you wish to contact one of our authors, you may do so by sending an email or a letter to the author's RockWay email or postal address, which you can find under How to Contact Us.

CONTEST ENTRIES
All manuscripts, disks, and self-published or self-published print-on-demand (POD) entries to RockWay Press' annual writing contests are shredded and destroyed. This is the only way we can guarantee that no one else will obtain copies of the entrants' manuscripts.

No personal information on any contest entrant is given out to anyone, for any reason, and RockWay does not maintain a mailing list or any personal information of any of its contest entrants.

E-MAIL / MAILING LIST ADDRESSES
RockWay Press does maintain email addresses for various writing groups in which it is a member, both national and international, as well as for various forums, chat-rooms, and discussion boards. RockWay Press is a member of any forum, chat-room, Internet writing group, or discussion board in its e-mail address list. Our e-mail, forums, chat-rooms, and discussion board lists are not distributed to any person, organization, or group, at any time, for any reason.

QUERY E-MAIL ADDRESSES
RockWay receives hundreds of queries by e-mail each day. Though RockWay has a list of those e-mail addresses (and any other author information those queries might contain) in its "Sent" folder after RockWay responds, we do not organize these into any sort of Mailing List; they are not included in our Address Book; they are not distributed to any person, organization, or group, at any time, for any reason.

OUT-OF-PRINT SERIES SUBMISSIONS
RockWay Press does not retain either the email or the postal addresses for any authors who submit their previously published books for consideration of re-publication in the RockWay Out-of-Print Series. Therefore, these addresses and other personal information are not even available to RockWay after a book has been considered. None of this information is ever distributed to any person, group, or organization, at any time, for any reason. All books submitted for consideration in the Out-of-Print Series are returned to their authors.
